You blinked, and that sleepy newborn turned into a full-blown baby with opinions, belly giggles, and the cutest quirks. These sessions are perfect for documenting new skills like tummy time, sitting up, or standing with a little help... and every silly, snuggly moment in between.

Whether they're shy or sassy, smiley or serious, we’ll go at their pace and get portraits you’ll want to hang on every wall in your house (and grandma’s too).

What to Expect:

Where we shoot: You can come to the studio (fully stocked with props, wardrobe, and cozy vibes) or choose an outdoor location for that dreamy golden light and natural backdrop.

What’s included: A custom session built around your baby’s age and personality. We’ll keep it simple or go big with a styled setup—it’s totally up to you. Outfits, props, and plenty of time for breaks are all part of the experience.

What to bring: Just baby and the basics! I’ve got everything else covered. If there’s a special lovey, toy, or family heirloom you want to include, definitely bring it along.

Worried your baby won’t sit still? Totally normal. Some babies are movers, some are observers. I work at their pace, and we’ll get beautiful images either way.

1. Discovery Call

We hop on a quick call so I can hear your big ideas - or your “I’m overwhelmed, just tell me what to do” moments. We'll talk about what products you're interested in and how we can best capture this season of life.

2. Book Your Session

Once you’ve chosen a package and reserved your session, we’ll plan out all the details... what to wear, how to prep, and everything you’ll need to feel confident and ready! 

3. Photoshoot Day!

When it’s time to photograph, you can truly relax. My sessions are baby-led, toddler-proof, and designed to be calm and flexible. I’ll handle the pacing, posing, and flow so you can soak in the moment, even if someone skips their nap.

4. Image Reveal

Within a few days, you’ll receive a proofing gallery to select your favorite portraits. Once your selections are finalized, your fully edited gallery will be delivered to your inbox in 1–2 weeks.

To make sure we capture your baby’s next big moment in the most memorable way, we recommend reserving your milestone photography session a few weeks in advance. One of the most magical times for a session is around the 3,6,9 and 12-month mark. By booking early, we can thoughtfully prepare the session, so it’s relaxed, well-timed, and personalized to fit both your baby’s development and your family’s schedule.

When should I book my baby's milestone session?

Milk or formula – Keeping baby fed and happy means brighter smiles for the camera.
Pacifiers or comfort items – These can be great for soothing between shots.
Change of clothes – Just in case of spills or outfit swaps.
Special keepsakes or props – Favorite toys, heirloom blankets, or anything meaningful you'd like included in the photos.
Optional extras – Think headbands, hats, soft books, or textured items that add charm and interest.

What should we bring with us?

No need to stress, babies are unpredictable and that’s perfectly normal! If your little one feels shy, restless, or simply not in the mood during their session, we’ve got plenty of gentle tricks behind the lens to spark smiles and capture sweet moments. We work at your baby’s pace, creating a relaxed and flexible environment to help them feel comfortable and safe.

And if it just isn’t the right day? No worries at all, we’re happy to reschedule. Our goal is to deliver a beautiful gallery that reflects your baby’s true spirit, even if it takes a little extra time and tenderness to get there.

We’ll work together to pick a time when your baby is happiest. (Usually mid-morning!) A rested baby is a happy baby, and happy babies = great photos.

Bring their favorite snacks for a little motivation between shots... puffs, yogurt drops, or teething crackers are all great treat options. 

Some babies love the camera. Others play hard to get. We’ll follow their lead, take breaks when needed, and make this fun, no matter how wiggly or wild things get.
